Requirements

Automation Engineering, Test Automation, Reporting Dashboards, Performance Metrics, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Source Code/Configuration Management (SCM), Microsoft ADO (ActiveX Data Object), Agile Programming Methodologies, Bug Tracking/Defect Management, Git, 10+ years in automation engineering (QA Automation, Selenium , test engineering, platform automation, or similar).

Strong experience building automation frameworks using one or more:

Java / Python / JavaScript

UI Automation: Selenium, Playwright,

API Automation: Rest Assured, Postman

Proven experience creating management dashboards/reports, consolidating data, and defining KPIs.

Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, CI/CD, version control (Git), and defect tracking (Jira/ADO).

Excellent communication skills: can explain technical details and business impact to leadership.
