Job description
- Lead MDM initiatives and partner with business stakeholders, data stewards, architects, and engineering teams to define and govern critical data domains across the enterprise
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into scalable data management, governance, and reference data solutions
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced SQL queries, ETL processes, and data pipelines to support enterprise reporting and analytics
- Develop and maintain enterprise data quality rules, validation processes, and monitoring frameworks to ensure data integrity
- Create and support MDM implementation roadmaps with defined milestones, dependencies, risk assessments, and success metrics
- Collaborate with cloud engineering teams to architect AWS-based solutions for scalable and secure data integration
- Support enterprise data governance initiatives, including metadata management, data lineage, business glossary development, and reference data management
- Present analytical insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders; mentor junior team members on data best practices
Requirements
- 8-10 years of professional experience in data analytics, data engineering, or Master Data Management
- Advanced SQL proficiency and hands-on expertise with ETL processes and data pipeline design
- Strong experience with AWS cloud technologies and cloud-based data architectures
- Demonstrated expertise in MDM platforms, enterprise data governance, and metadata management
- Solid understanding of data quality frameworks, reference data management, and data validation strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Experience mentoring team members and fostering a data governance culture within organizations
