Architect - Cloud, .NET & AI

Travel Requirements: Approximately 10%, including travel for co-location activities at either location. We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with strong hands-on expertise in .NET, C#, Azure cloud technologies, microservices, enterprise architecture, and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will lead architecture design and implementation, drive process optimization and digital transformation, and deliver scalable, secure, resilient, and high-performing enterprise applications. This role requires a combination of strategic architectural leadership, technical depth, hands-on development, and cross-functional collaboration. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architecture teams, and distributed engineering teams to define technical roadmaps and deliver innovative cloud-native and AI-enabled solutions for audit and enterprise platforms., Architecture & Technical Leadership

• Lead architecture design and implementation for complex enterprise applications, cloud-native platforms, and hybrid technology environments.
• Define high-level and low-level architecture, technology standards, frameworks, design patterns, protocols, and algorithms.
• Design scalable, resilient, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Develop application architecture options, technical roadmaps, and implementation strategies based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with enterprise and solution architecture teams to continuously improve system resiliency, scalability, availability, and maintainability.

Cloud, .NET & Application Development

• Design and implement cloud and hybrid architectures, migration strategies, and technology solutions across audit and AI-driven platforms.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership in C#, .NET,

Core Web API, REST APIs, SQL Server, and microservices architecture. * Design and implement distributed applications, cloud-native services, and API-driven solutions using modern software engineering practices.

• Apply object-oriented programming principles, SOLID principles, and established software design patterns.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to deliver efficient, reliable, and scalable data solutions.
• Contribute directly to complex business logic, algorithms, application development, and technical problem-solving.

AI & Generative AI Solutions

• Design, build, and support enterprise AI-enabled solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and AI agents.
• Evaluate and implement AI orchestration frameworks and technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, and relevant machine learning frameworks.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications while ensuring security, scalability, reliability, and responsible data usage.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation, process improvement, and business transformation.

Full-Stack Engineering

• Provide technical guidance and hands-on development support across full-stack technologies, including Angular, React, Node.js, Python, C#, and .NET.
• Establish and promote modern development practices, including clean code, code reviews, automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
• Ensure appropriate unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and quality assurance practices across application components.
• Oversee the quality of technical deliverables and architectural recommendations produced by distributed engineering teams.

Business Collaboration & Transformation

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business challenges, assess requirements, evaluate feasibility, and establish priorities.
• Lead workstreams focused on process improvement, optimization, transformation, and implementation of industry-leading practices.
• Identify quality gaps, recommend corrective actions, and drive measurable operational improvements.
• Manage competing priorities and complex initiatives while maintaining effective communication and collaboration across teams.

Security, Quality & Governance

• Implement security best practices across applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data platforms.
• Ensure compliance with applicable security policies, data protection requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Establish architecture governance, technical quality standards, and engineering best practices.
• Identify technical risks and dependencies and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.

• 10+ years of experience in software architecture, solution design, and implementation of enterprise-scale applications.
• 10+ years of hands-on experience with .NET technologies, C#,

Core Web API, and modern application development. * Strong experience with SQL Server, SQL, NoSQL databases, object-oriented programming, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.

• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing cloud-native applications and solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, application integration, design patterns, scalability, performance optimization, and resiliency.

• 10+ years of full-stack software engineering experience across several of the following technologies:

• Backend: C#, .NET, Java, Node.js, Python
• Frontend: Angular, React
• Databases: SQL Server, relational SQL databases, NoSQL databases
• AI/ML: PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph, LLMs, and Generative AI
• Experience building, delivering, or supporting enterprise AI-enabled solutions using LLMs, Generative AI, AI agents, or AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, unit testing, integration testing, and modern software engineering practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical workstreams, mentor engineers, review deliverables, and contribute to hands-on implementation., * Experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications and business workflows.
• Experience with hybrid cloud architectures, cloud migration, and enterprise data platforms.
• Familiarity with AI security, data privacy, responsible AI practices, and governance.
• Experience working with geographically distributed engineering and architecture teams.
