Application Support Engineer with SCADA, MOM/ MES - Onsite in NC

· Application Support & Incident Management

· Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Siemens Opcenter MOM and Ignition SCADA applications.

· Monitor manufacturing application performance and proactively identify issues before they impact production.

· Troubleshoot and resolve applications, interface, and data-related incidents within SLA targets.

· Analyze recurring issues and participate in root cause analysis activities.

· Support major incident recovery activities and plant production needs.

· Maintain incidents, problems, and change records within the IT service management platform.

· Bachelor’s Degree in: Computer Science or Information Technology Engineering Related Technical Discipline

· 8 years of application support experience in a manufacturing environment.

· Experience supporting MES/MOM, SCADA, or manufacturing applications.

· Experience with production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.

· Experience working within 24x7 manufacturing operations.
