QA Automation Engineer UI Automation

We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer with experience building and maintaining automated testing frameworks for application testing. The ideal candidate will have programming skills in Python, TypeScript, C#, or another object-oriented language, along with experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable UI automation frameworks.
• Create automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.
• Analyze application requirements and convert them into test scenarios.
• Execute automated tests and investigate failures.
• Integrate automated test execution into Jenkins and Azure DevOps YAML pipelines.
• Maintain test scripts, test data, and automation documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Evaluate and adopt tools such as Playwright where appropriate.
• Improve test coverage, reliability, maintainability, and execution efficiency.

• Experience with functional test automation tools.
• Proven experience building and maintaining automation frameworks.
• Programming skills in Python, TypeScript, C#, or another object-oriented language.
• Experience creating automated test scripts and regression suites.
• Experience integrating test execution into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Playwright automation.
• Jenkins.
• Azure DevOps YAML pipelines.
• Experience testing modern web applications.

Note: Playwright is a preferred tool in the supplied requirements; candidates with strong automation-framework experience and the ability to learn Playwright may also be suitable.
