Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Industrial, Packaging, or related)
• 2+ years engineering experience in reliability, quality, manufacturing, or product development
• Medical device / regulated industry experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and failure investigation
• Experience with statistical analysis and reliability engineering
• Knowledge of FMEA, FTA, DOE, risk management, and process capability/SPC
• Manufacturing support experience and ability to evaluate process/product reliability
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Supplier Quality, Operations)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables independently
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills
