Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the organization’s technology strategy, innovation, and engineering excellence. The CTO will define the long-term technology roadmap, align technology initiatives with business objectives, oversee product engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, and foster a culture of innovation. This executive leadership role requires a strong technical background, strategic thinking, and proven experience in scaling engineering organizations and delivering enterprise-grade products., * Define and execute the organization’s technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.

• Align technology investments with business goals and growth objectives.
• Lead engineering, architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, security, data, and IT teams.
• Drive digital transformation, cloud adoption, and technology modernization initiatives.

• Oversee software architecture, product development, and technology delivery.
