HIL Engineer

HIL Engineer responsible for designing, building, commissioning, maintaining, and supporting Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems for automotive validation. The role includes HIL architecture design, BOM and wiring documentation development, model configuration, open- and closed-loop testing, bench readiness, system updates, troubleshooting, corrective actions, reporting, and feature validation., * Support HIL architecture implementation and development of bills of materials and wiring documentation.

• Support procurement, HIL system build, and commissioning activities.

• Configure models and execute open-loop and closed-loop testing.

• Maintain bench readiness and perform required system updates.

• Troubleshoot issues and support corrective actions.

• Generate reports and assist with feature validation.
