Implements B2B EDI and integration solutions for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include analyzing data and business processes, designing mappings, configuring and deploying customer solutions, explaining architecture, supporting project delivery, and collaborating across teams. The role develops expertise in Cleo Integration Suite, APIs, communication protocols, ERP integrations, automation, and AI-assisted implementation documentation and coding., Kick-start your career in B2B integration by working on enterprise EDI and integration projects. • Working to become an expert on Cleo Integration Suite solution functionality and implementation procedures
• Demonstrating excellent customer service so that each and every customer receives supreme value from Cleo solutions
• Ensuring the customer’s solution is configured and technically deployed to specification, accurately, and on time
• Working effectively with team members and other departments to complete projects successfully
• Process overview- walking clients through their current architecture and what their new architecture would look like

Uses AI to accelerate project delivery - drafting implementation plans, summarizing customer requirements, and generating documentation faster. Can point to specific examples where AI improved turnaround time or output quality on a customer engagement.

• Use AI coding assistants to generate, debug, and review code snippets

• Draft technical documents and test cases with AI assistance, always validating output before use
