Business Analyst - Front-End / Back-End

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to gather business requirements, analyze front-end and back-end systems, and translate business needs into technical specifications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery., Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Analyze front-end applications, back-end systems, APIs, and system integrations. Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow diagrams. Collaborate with development and QA teams to validate requirements and support UAT. Identify process improvements and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst. Strong understanding of front-end and back-end application workflows. Experience with APIs, databases, SQL, and system integrations. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
