SAP Project System (PS) Consultant

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field\n
• 3-5+ years of hands-on SAP PS implementation and support experience\n
• Strong knowledge of PS master data, planning, execution, and reporting\n
• Experience with project costing, budgeting, and revenue recognition\n
• Understanding of integration points between PS and CO, MM, SD, and FI modules\n
• Proficiency in configuring networks, activities, and relationships\n
• Knowledge of resource planning and capacity leveling\n
• Must be a US Citizen\n
• Must have an active clearance\n, * S/4HANA experience\n
• Project Builder, Project planning board, and PS reporting tools\n
• Claims management and progress analysis\n
• Results analysis and settlement configuration\n
• Basic ABAP knowledge (preferred)\n
• SAP Fiori/UI5 experience (plus)\n, * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n
• Ability to work independently and in team environments\n
• Strong documentation and presentation skills\n

VETS, Inc., is looking to add an experienced SAP Project System (PS) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PS module solutions to manage complex projects, from planning through execution and monitoring. This person would understand the integration points between PS and our main module - TM (Transportation Management) and others.\n \n \nKey Responsibilities\n \n \n

• Deep Configuration and customize SAP PS module including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), networks, activities, and milestones\n
• Design and implement project structures, cost planning, budgeting, and resource management solutions\n
• Integrate SAP PS with other SAP modules (TM,MM, SD, FI/CO, PM, PP)\n
• Develop and maintain project planning, scheduling, and monitoring processes\n
• Create and configure project templates and standard structures\n
• Support project billing, settlement, and closing activities\n
• Conduct user training and create documentation for end-users\n
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PS solutions\n
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support\n
• Participate in testing, data migration, and go-live activities\n
• Stay current with SAP best practices and new PS functionalities\n
