Senior Java Developer

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Java Spring Boot, Angular, and Cloud Native technologies. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions while driving AI-assisted development practices and cloud-native architecture adoption.

• 8-10 years of experience in software development and architecture
• Strong hands-on development expertise with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular
• Experience with cloud-native platforms such as PCF/Tanzu Application Service
• Exposure to modern AI ecosystems and practical experience leveraging GitHub Copilot
• Prior work experience at client or in client’s Industry
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with cloud consulting and FinOps
• Knowledge of AI-powered capabilities and LLM-based solutions
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise applications
• Develop and maintain microservices-based applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud-native platforms
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
• Mentor developers and guide technical best practices
