AI Engineer - Python & LLM

• Implement AI services, agents, retrieval solutions, and API integrations.
• Build reusable components for model access, prompting, context management, and logging.
• Establish automated test and evaluation sets for quality, security, performance, and cost management.
• Apply CI/CD and MLOps/LLMOps practices for version control, deployment, and monitoring.
• Provide technical support for sandboxes and proofs of concept to ensure production readiness.
• Collaborate with data and platform teams to ensure secure data flows and system integration.

• You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience as a software, platform, or ML Engineer.
• You possess strong programming skills in Python and Java.
• You have practical knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, retrieval techniques, and AI agents.
• You have experience with APIs, authentication, containers, and automated testing.
• You possess expertise in CI/CD, Git, Infrastructure as Code, and observability.
• You’re attentive to security, privacy, and operational reliability standards.
• You’re proactive and solution-oriented with strong communication and advisory skills.
• You are active in Dutch and French with a passive knowledge of English.

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of the public sector or G-Cloud context.
• Ability to provide a strategic vision on AI implementation in public services.
