Job description

A multinational defence organisation near Brussels is looking for a Data Analyst who lives in the Microsoft data stack and enjoys turning messy sources into reports people actually use.

What you would be doing

Gathering report requirements from users and turning them into specifications
Building and testing SQL reports in SSRS, Power BI and Excel
Designing ETL processes, data models and data warehouse structures
Checking the quality and integrity of data coming from several systems
Spotting patterns in the data and writing them up for senior decision makers
Helping users fix and improve the reports they already rely on

Requirements

At least 3 years with Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS and SSAS
Hands-on data warehouse design and ETL experience
Dashboard work in Power BI or a similar tool
Programming in C#, Python or R
Experience with BMC ITSM data and BMC Remedy Smart Reporting
Working experience with SharePoint, ideally including administration
An ITIL v3 (or higher) certificate
