Job description

A leading global financial services organisation is undertaking a major transformation of its Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Digital Asset Management environment. With teams operating across multiple international markets, the organisation is investing in a scalable and well-governed digital content ecosystem to improve how assets are managed, discovered, shared and reused across the business.

Your new role As AEM DAM Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the organisation’s digital asset management capability. Working closely with marketing, digital, content, compliance, legal and technology stakeholders, you will assess the existing DAM environment and design a future-state framework that supports global content operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing existing AEM DAM structures, metadata standards, taxonomies, workflows and governance processes.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve asset discoverability, usability and operational efficiency.
  • Developing scalable folder structures, metadata models and taxonomy frameworks.
  • Establishing governance standards and best practices for digital asset management.
  • Leading DAM remediation, clean-up and restructuring initiatives.
  • Supporting implementation and change management activities.
  • Working with stakeholders across multiple regions to drive adoption and consistency.
  • Defining KPIs and success measures to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, preferably Adobe Experience Manager.
  • A strong background in DAM governance, taxonomy design, metadata management and content operations.
  • Experience reviewing and redesigning information architecture and asset classification frameworks.
  • Knowledge of digital content lifecycles and best practice asset management processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience delivering transformation, migration or optimisation projects within complex organisations.
  • Excellent communication, workshop facilitation and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with project delivery tools such as Jira.

Benefits & conditions

You’ll have the opportunity to lead a high-profile digital transformation initiative, working alongside senior stakeholders to establish best-in-class DAM capabilities that will have a lasting impact across the organisation. Hybrid working & competitive day rate.
