Data Architect

We are looking for an experienced data professional with strong expertise in healthcare provider data, enterprise data architecture, Master Data Management (MDM), and cloud-based data platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing data solutions that ensure the integrity, consistency, and accessibility of data across our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive data strategy and ensure that data is leveraged effectively to support business objectives.

• Healthcare Domain Expertise: Strong experience with healthcare provider data, including provider directories, credentialing, network management, NPI/NPPES, and CMS datasets. Understanding of healthcare provider information systems and data management.
• Data Architecture & Master Data Management: Experience designing enterprise data platforms and Golden Record architectures. Expertise in MDM, identity resolution, record matching, deduplication, and data stewardship.
• Cloud & Data Platform Technologies: Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services. Experience with PostgreSQL and Snowflake. Knowledge of OpenSearch/Elasticsearch and Kafka/AWS MSK.
• Data Integration & Event-Driven Architecture: Experience designing data ingestion frameworks and Change Data Capture (CDC) solutions. Experience with event-driven architectures, APIs, and microservices-based integrations.
• Search & Discovery Platforms: Experience building or supporting search-driven applications using OpenSearch or Elasticsearch. Understanding of search relevance, faceted search, geospatial search, and indexing strategies., Experience Required: 10+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or data management, preferably with strong healthcare provider data and MDM experience., * Proven track record of leading data architecture projects from conception to implementation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with data governance frameworks and data quality management.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
