The ideal candidate will have experience in systems engineering, system integration testing, requirements management, and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)., * Develop and manage system requirements, specifications, and system architecture.

• Perform functional analysis, trade studies, and requirements allocation.
• Use MBSE tools such as Cameo and IBM DOORS.
• Support system integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and program stakeholders.
• Participate in engineering reviews and technical presentations.
• Ensure system designs meet technical, cost, and schedule requirements.

Systems Engineering, Systems Engineering, Requirements Management, Integration Testing, System Integration (SI), Management Strategy, System Test, Test Requirements, Security Clearance, DoD Secret Clearance, The ideal candidate will have experience in systems engineering, system integration testing, requirements management, and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)., * Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field with 5 years of experience; equivalent advanced-degree pathways may qualify.

• Experience in systems engineering processes and requirements development.
• Experience in requirements management, analysis, verification, or validation.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required.
• Must have or be able to obtain and maintain SAP access.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
• Proficiency in Cameo and IBM DOORS, including DXL scripting.
• Experience with Agile, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience developing system requirements and verification plans.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
