Strong hands-on Android AOSP framework and native-layer development
Strong C/C++ and Java/Kotlin skills Android architecture: System Services, Binder/AIDL, HALs, init, SELinux, permissions, process lifecycle
Graphics/display stack: SurfaceFlinger, WindowManager, DisplayManager, Hardware Composer, Gralloc
Media: Codec2/MediaCodec, AudioFlinger/Audio HAL, DRM
Input, lights, thermal and power HALs
Android build systems, Linux, Git, shell scripting, and Python
Android integration with vendor BSPs, kernel drivers, SoC platforms and hardware peripherals
System-level debugging using logs, traces, dumpsys, debugfs/sysfs, tombstones and kernel logs
Performance profiling and optimization of embedded/resource-constrained systems
Experience with telemetry, observability, metrics, logging, and tracing
Technical leadership, architecture/design, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring
