- 5+ years of well-rounded systems administration experience
- Strong hands-on experience across Linux and Windows environments
- Strong networking, virtualization, hardware, and infrastructure troubleshooting experience
- Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
- Degree or equivalent professional experience
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Security Clearance
- Microsoft 365 GCC High, FedRAMP High, or similar regulated cloud/compliance experience
- CISSP or relevant infrastructure/security certifications
- Aerospace, defense, manufacturing, financial services, healthcare, or other highly regulated industry experience
