Requirements
We’re looking for technical versatility, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills-not simply someone who has spent years working in one ERP environment., * Meaningful, hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and a strong understanding of its technical architecture and data structures.
- Strong SQL skills, including the ability to investigate complex data issues and work with relational databases.
- Hands-on technical experience beyond JD Edwards, ideally in one or more of the following:
- Software development: C#, .NET, or comparable programming experience
- Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, or related workflow automation tools
- Enterprise integrations: REST APIs, web services, middleware, or custom interfaces
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, including diagnosing problems that span multiple applications or systems.
- Experience gathering requirements, evaluating technical options, and communicating effectively with business stakeholders.
- A willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies and take ownership of challenging problems.
Experience that would really stand out:
- C#/.NET application development and debugging
- Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, or Power Apps
- Azure, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, or data warehousing
- JD Edwards Orchestrator and API-based integrations
- SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, or ETL processes
- Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or enterprise reporting
- Workflow automation tools such as Nintex
- Practical experience with AI-assisted development, Microsoft Copilot, or other emerging AI tools
You don’t need experience with every technology listed. What matters is that you’ve built a strong technical foundation, know how to solve difficult problems, and genuinely enjoy learning new things.
The Kind of Person Who Thrives Here
You’re the person people turn to when a system isn’t behaving as expected, an integration breaks, or a business process needs a better solution.
You don’t stop at identifying the issue-you want to understand why it happened and how to prevent it from happening again.
You’re comfortable digging into code, analyzing data, asking questions, and working with people across the business. You enjoy learning new technologies and don’t need every challenge to fall neatly within your existing expertise.
Most importantly, you take pride in owning problems and delivering solutions that make a difference.
About the company
We’re partnering with an exceptionally stable, privately held organization with a diverse portfolio of businesses and a growing IT department. Behind the scenes is a sophisticated enterprise technology environment where JD Edwards plays a central role-but the opportunity extends well beyond ERP.
We’re looking for a Senior ERP Technical Analyst who loves figuring things out. Someone who understands JD Edwards, has a strong foundation in software development or modern automation technologies, and gets excited about solving problems that don’t come with a playbook.
This isn’t a traditional JD Edwards support position. And it isn’t a heads-down development job.
It’s an opportunity to work across enterprise applications, integrations, data, automation, and emerging technologies-on a small, talented team where your ideas and contributions genuinely matter.
What Makes This Opportunity Different
Big-company complexity. Small-team impact.
You’ll work within an organization supporting a diverse collection of businesses, each bringing unique systems, data, and technical challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to understand how those systems connect and help make them work better.
Modern technology meets enterprise stability.
JD Edwards is the foundation, but the environment extends into software development, Microsoft technologies, cloud services, workflow automation, and data integration. There’s room to introduce new ideas, improve processes, and expand your technical capabilities.
A team that’s growing-not standing still.
You’ll join an established IT organization that continues to invest in its people, technology, and capabilities. This is a chance to take ownership, build institutional knowledge, and contribute to the team’s long-term evolution.
