Test Engineer II

• Develop and document test programs, procedures, and protocols for products, systems, and subsystems.
• Evaluate performance against specifications and investigate results that don’t meet expectations.
• Debug test hardware and software, and help the team resolve technical issues.
• Work with engineers, support teams, and customers to understand requirements and communicate progress.
• Take ownership of assigned technical work while keeping schedule, cost, and quality in view.

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field or equivalent experience with at least two years of experience.
• The technical judgment to work independently, ask good questions, and follow the evidence.
• Clear written and verbal communication, especially when explaining test results or a problem that needs attention.
