Job description

Intensive Anwenderbetreuung und -beratung, inkl. Durchführung des Anwendersupports Betreuung der gesamten Windows-Systemlandschaft sowie Weiterentwicklung der eingesetzten Systeme Planung und Beschaffung neuer Soft- und Hardwarekomponenten Verwaltung der Software-Lizenzen sowie der Benutzerechte Schulung von Mitarbeitenden sowie Ansprechperson für Anfragen und IT-Support via Remote-Desktop

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Informatikkaufmann (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrung im oben beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet Sehr gute Windows- und VPN-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit DATEV von Vorteil Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen Teamstärke und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
