Job description
- Support software deployments and operational availability across cloud and DevOps environments.
- Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines, build environments, and automation tools using AWS, Jenkins, GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
- Collaborate closely with software development teams to streamline operations and integrate products into DevOps workflows., * Support software deployments, cloud infrastructure baselines, and operational availability of production systems.
- Manage, build, configure, administer, operate, and maintain all components that comprise the DevOps environment.
- Define enterprise Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes and codify DevOps best practices.
- Develop and maintain scripts to automate tool deployment to an AWS cloud environment and maintain build environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot development and collaboration tools including GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, and Katalon Studio.
- Work collaboratively within software development teams to integrate and support developer activities.
