Hybrid Agile/Delivery Scrum Master

A client in the greater Nashville, TN area is seeking a mid-to-senior level Scrum Master who can drive disciplined Agile delivery while holding teams accountable to commitments, quality standards, and delivery outcomes. This role requires a strong executor and facilitator who can not only enable teams but also ensure accountability, transparency, and alignment across the enterprise. The Scrum Master will work closely with teams and partner functions including PMO, Compliance, Data, Technology, and Operations to ensure successful and predictable delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting both Sprint-based Agile execution and Kanban delivery models, with the ability to adapt governance, reporting, and delivery practices based on team and operational needs.

5-7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise environments Experience managing both Scrum/Sprint-based and Kanban delivery models Proven experience driving delivery across multiple teams and workstreams Experience coordinating and managing releases, including dependencies, milestones, risks, and readiness Proven ability to drive accountability and delivery discipline within teams Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities simultaneously Experience coordinating delivery across separate business lines with competing priorities and stakeholders Experience working with cross-functional teams across business and technology Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and delivery governance practices Experience managing dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders Ability to identify delivery risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues that could impact timelines or commitments Strong focus on predictable execution, follow-through, and measurable delivery outcomes Proficiency with tools such as Jira, LeanKit, or similar Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Ability to balance traditional Scrum Master responsibilities with a hands-on delivery mindset SharePoint experience, particularly experience building Agile or delivery dashboards Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations Exposure to Agile transformation or scaling Agile practices Experience supporting enterprise-level releases or coordinated delivery across several teams Experience creating delivery reporting around milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall delivery health
