Full Stack Developer / Lead (PHP, Python, Java Script and React)

We are looking for skilled Full Stack Developers and Lead Developers with strong experience in building, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidates should have hands-on expertise in PHP, Python, JavaScript, React, and SQL, with the ability to develop robust front-end and back-end solutions., * Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications.

• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React and JavaScript.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using PHP and Python.
• Design, optimize, and manage SQL queries, database schemas, and data models.
• Integrate front-end components with backend services and databases.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers.
• Follow coding standards, best practices, and secure development principles.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and application design.
• For Lead-level candidates, provide technical guidance, mentor developers, and drive development activities.

PHP Scripting Language (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), Python Programming/Scripting Language, Software Engineering, React.js, PHP Scripting Language (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor), Python Programming/Scripting Language, Software Engineering, React.js, Internet Application, User Interface/Experience (UI/UX), * Strong hands-on experience with React.js - Mandatory.

• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern front-end development.
• Experience with PHP for backend application development.
• Experience with Python for backend services, scripting, or application development.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing complex queries and database optimization.
• Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Understanding of full-stack application architecture and responsive web development.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Additional Qualifications

• Experience with version control tools such as Git.
• Familiarity with application performance optimization and secure coding practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid onsite environment.
• For Lead roles, experience in technical leadership, code reviews, mentoring, and task coordination is preferred.
