Betreuung und Beratung der Kunden telefonisch und vor Ort Implementierung aktueller Softwareprodukte in die bestehende IT-Infrastruktur der Kunden Aufbau, Inbetriebnahme, Einstellung und Reparatur und Pflege verschiedener Hard- und Softwarekomponenten Unterstützung der Administration sowie Datenpflege im internen Ticketsystem Technische Wartung der IT Infrastruktur inkl. Fehleranalyse und -behebung

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich Erste Berufserfahrung im IT Bereich wünschenswert Hohe technische Affinität sowie ein gutes IT-Gesamtverständnis Serviceorientierung und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
