Entgegennahme und Qualifikation von Störungsmeldungen sowie deren Abwicklung mit dem Ticketsystem Analyse und Identifikation von Problemsituationen Fachliche Unterstützung der User bei der Behebung der Störungen Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Systemen und neuer Hardware Dokumentation

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich, gerne zum/r Fachinformatiker/in für Systemintegration Erste Berufserfahrung im Support Erfahrung in der Betreuung von IT-Systemen Gute analytische Fähigkeiten Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie freundliches und kompetentes Auftreten
