Python Developer

You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining highly scalable backend services. Working closely with Product, Design, and commercial teams, you’ll translate business requirements into robust technical solutions while helping drive continuous improvement across the engineering function. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services.

• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and architectural solutions.

• Identify and introduce tools, frameworks, and techniques to improve development practices.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality digital products and customer experiences.

• Contribute to code reviews, design discussions, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Champion Agile best practices and identify opportunities to improve team processes.

• Provide technical leadership, share expertise, and mentor developing engineering talent.

Are you a passionate backend engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, building scalable systems, and influencing engineering best practices?, * Strong experience designing and building scalable backend services, primarily using Python.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
