Job description

Implementation of scalable software solutions based on Java/JEE for government customers
Evaluate business requirements to create feedback and effort estimations
Design, code, test, debug and document programs using agile development practices
desirable project and customer support on site by business travelling worldwide

Requirements

Successfully completed BS/BA degree or higher in science or technology
At least 5 years of experience in software development using Java/JEE in a comparable position and in the development of distributed software systems, web-based applications
Strong skills in Java/JEE
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
React and JSF desirable
Desirable Java certifications: Oracle Certified Master (Java SE Developer, Java EE Enterprise Architect), Oracle Certified Expert (Enterprise JavaBeans Developer, Web Services Developer), Oracle Certified Professional (Java SE Programmer)
Desirable: Experience with RedHat Wildfly/EAP, Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, Eclipse; Interest in AI and/or biometrics; experience with DevOps
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
German language desirable
