Oracle EBS R12 Order Management Functional Lead - Cleveland, OH (ONSITE) - W2 Only

HYR Global Source is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Order Management Functional Lead to support Oracle Order Management and related supply chain business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Configurator, and Shipping. This role is ideal for a functional leader who can work closely with business users, lead implementation activities, configure Oracle solutions, and translate business requirements into effective functional designs. Key Responsibilities -

• Lead functional activities for Oracle EBS R12 Order Management and related modules.
• Analyze business requirements and design practical Oracle solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Quoting, Configurator, and Shipping.
• Lead Oracle implementation, enhancement, rollout, and support activities.
• Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and business process reviews.
• Prepare current-state and future-state business process documentation.
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, and user training sessions.
• Support sales order, customer order, pricing, shipping, and order conversion activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical development teams.
• Support data conversion and migration activities related to Oracle Order Management.
• Analyze business data and provide recommendations for process improvement.
• Work with business stakeholders, end users, IT teams, and leadership.
• Mentor team members and help establish Oracle best practices.

Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Or related field Experience required - 10+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12 Order Management., * 10+ years of experience with Oracle EBS R12 Order Management.

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Advanced Pricing, Quoting, and Shipping.
• Experience with Oracle Configurator is preferred.
• Experience leading at least three Oracle Order Management or Advanced Pricing implementations.
• At least five years of experience leading CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions.
• Experience with Oracle AIM methodology and functional documentation.
• Ability to prepare business process flows, functional specifications, and configuration documents.
• Experience with customer order, sales order, and data conversion requirements.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash business processes.
• Cross-functional knowledge of Oracle Inventory, WIP, Shipping, Finance, ASCP, and WMS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Cleveland, OH.
