ERP Consultant

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, learning their business processes, challenges, and goals.
• Gather and document requirements, including business processes, data structures, and reporting needs.
• Design and configure NetSuite or Sage Intacct modules, workflows, roles, forms, and reports to fit each client.
• Use Cadence by NEO3 to manage project stages, generate deliverables, and keep clients informed on progress.
• Help clients prepare, cleanse, and migrate core data from legacy systems.
• Plan and run testing to confirm solutions are accurate and ready for go-live.
• Deliver end-user and administrator training, remotely and occasionally on-site.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
• Stay current on NetSuite and Sage Intacct releases, including their expanding AI capabilities.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and help refine NEO3’s implementation playbooks.

• Hands-on implementation or administration experience with Oracle NetSuite or Sage Intacct; experience with both is a plus.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes, including GL, AP, AR, month-end close, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead client meetings and explain technical topics to non-technical users.
• Curiosity about AI and willingness to use AI-assisted tools in daily delivery.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements at once.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected to the team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• NetSuite or Sage Intacct certifications are preferred.
• Manufacturing, inventory, or nonprofit fund accounting experience is a plus.
• Exposure to integrations, SuiteScript, saved searches, or report building is a plus.
• Must reside in Ohio or Pennsylvania; occasional travel to client sites in the region may be required.

This is a full-time remote position open to residents of Ohio and Pennsylvania, starting at $60,000 or more based on experience., * Health, dental, and vision insurance

NEO3 is seeking a skilled ERP Consultant with Oracle NetSuite or Sage Intacct experience to join our team. Since 1999, NEO3 has completed more than 400 ERP implementations, including 90+ on NetSuite, for manufacturers, distributors, nonprofits, financial services firms, and hospitality organizations.

In this role, you will guide clients through implementation, configuration, training, and ongoing optimization of their ERP. You will deliver projects using Cadence by NEO3, our AI-assisted implementation platform that moves clients from Discovery through go-live with more speed, accuracy, and visibility than traditional methods. The AI handles the heavy lifting; our consultants bring the judgment, client relationships, and business expertise.
