AI Enabled SharePoint Developer

• Responsible for the overall support and maintenance of the Microsoft SharePoint platform and related solutions.
• Configure and maintain multiple SharePoint farms in support of partner agencies.
• Provide support for authentication and federation with partner agencies, geographically separated farms and replication capabilities.
• Serve as the Tier 2 technical support resource within the IT department and act as the SME for SharePoint-related projects and assess/implement new capabilities as needed throughout the organization.
• Integrate with the knowledge management teams within DISA and partner agencies
• Manage and administer SharePoint and 3rd party tools, * Job scope and responsibilities are aligned to office-oriented work. There are no expectations associated with physical labor.
• Job candidates can expect to provide project delivery services in an office environment where sitting in meetings, attending briefings, typing, and viewing content via paper artifacts and computer monitors.

• SharePoint AdministrationDevelopment: Demonstrated experience administering, configuring, and enhancing SharePoint Online environments, including SharePoint Lists, permissions/RBAC, content and document management, and development of custom solutions using SharePoint REST APIs, JavaScript, and HTML.
• KnowledgeDocument Management: Experience designing and maintaining enterprise knowledge management, document management, and collaboration solutions, including information architecture, metadata, document workflows, approval processes, access controls, and lifecycle management. Experience with tools such as Confluence and Comala Document Management is highly desirable.
• Workflow AutomationAI Integration: Experience designing, developing, and improving automated workflows and state-machine-driven business processes, including the use of enterprise AI APIs, AI-assisted development tools, and prompt/workflow design to improve knowledge management, content processing, and business operations.
• Data, RequirementsSystems Integration: Experience gathering and translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, data dictionaries, RBAC models, and technical solutions, with demonstrated ability to analyze, map, query, export, and manipulate data using tools such as Oracle SQL Developer, Microsoft Access, and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including PivotTables, PivotCharts, VLOOKUP, logical functions, slicers, and VBA.
