Technical Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for a person looking to elevate their careers within our technology team!, * Lead technical architecture and integration strategy for AIVA engagements

• Design scalable, secure cloud-native architectures and deployment models
• Own enterprise integrations, authentication, data pipelines and monitoring
• Review AI Workflow Engineer builds and ensure architectural quality
• Guide teams on architecture, prompt strategy and evaluation
• Manage technical risks and present architecture to senior client stakeholders
• Mentor AI Workflow and Integration Engineers, To keep things fair, please don’t use AI to invent or exaggerate achievements, complete assessments (unless we say it’s allowed), or to generate live interview answers.

• 8+ years in software engineering, cloud architecture or enterprise integration
• Strong enterprise integration and cloud architecture experience
• Experience with AI/automation platforms, LLM APIs and agent frameworks
• Strong understanding of Azure/AWS, security and deployment architecture
• Proven experience with senior client/technical stakeholder management
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
• Azure certification preferred
