Specialist Consultant - Network Security & IDS/IPS

• Plan and execute proofs of concept, then implement and configure IDS/IPS to the agreed security requirements
• Write technical and functional concepts
• Test implemented requirements and document results; drive optimisation measures
• Ensure optimal detection and prevention coverage across the network estate
• Advise internal teams and transfer knowledge

• IDS/IPS (Fortinet / FortiGate preferred) and firewalls; Cisco network components
• Requirements analysis; structured technical specification writing
• Technical design of IT-security systems
• Proven network-security project delivery
• German C1 or better plus good business English

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years relevant experience, ideally in a banking or regulated environment
• 3+ years in the specific technology area
• Fortinet NSE3 or higher an advantage
