Job description

• Develop and execute a long-term ERP strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead ERP selection, implementation, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Manage complex, enterprise-wide ERP programs from planning through post-go-live support.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting structures, and program management best practices.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Oversee ERP performance, integrations, system enhancements, and data integrity.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including technical resources and project leadership personnel.
• Manage vendor relationships, consulting partners, contracts, and ERP-related budgets.
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executive stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain industry experience.
• Multi-site or global ERP implementation experience.
• PMP, PgMP, or related project/program management certifications.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Infor, or similar enterprise ERP platforms.
