Front End Engineer

• Design and develop modern web applications using TypeScript and React

You will work closely with engineers, investment users and subject matter experts on tools for portfolio comparison, risk and performance analysis, scenario modelling and exception management. • Strong commercial experience with TypeScript and React, or a comparable modern framework
• Experience building complex web applications and user interfaces
• Strong API integration skills
• Experience developing interactive charts, dashboards and reporting tools
• Experience working with large datasets and advanced data grids
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
• Experience implementing automated testing strategies
• User-focused mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in investment management, trading, risk, fintech or financial services applications is highly desirable
• Experience with analytics, business intelligence or other data-intensive platforms; real-time or near real-time data visualisation; design systems and reusable component libraries; working with front-office or business stakeholders; and Agile development environments is desirable
