Job description

Unterstützung des IT-Helpdesks im 2nd und 3rd Level-Support Planung und Installation von Hard- und Software sowie Systemupdates Eigenständige Analyse von Fehlerquellen und deren Behebung sowie die damit verbundene Dokumentation Entwicklung und Administration von Systemlandschaften und Cloud Plattformen Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Durchführung von IT-Projekten

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen Erfahrungen in der Service Automatisierung, insbesondere mit Ansible Sicherer Umgang mit Linux Systemen sowie Scripting, Kenntnisse in Bash, Shell oder Python wünschenswert Strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denkvermögen Serviceorientiere Arbeitsweise sowie sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
