Mid-Level Technical Architect: Corporate/Commercial/Workplace

• Conduct site survey and documentation

• Review general site code (egress, fixture counts, path of travel)

• Assist in creating budget scope drawings and specifications

• Coordinate technically with the design team

• Prepare full construction documentation including technical detailing and specifications

• Collaborate with clients, landlords, and consultants

• Review construction documents and make necessary revisions

• Distribute documentation and respond to bidder inquiries

• Attend project meetings, address RFI’s, and conduct site inspections

• Minimum of 5-8 years of continuous professional experience in Corporate/Commercial/Workplace/Retail Banking Interiors

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD

• Comprehensive understanding of contract documents and industry standards

• Familiarity with NYC and IBC Building Codes as well as NYC Zoning regulations

• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

The estimated Annual Salary Range for this position is $85K to $115K. This is a full-time role, offering a hybrid work arrangement and a comprehensive benefits package.
