Administration, Installation und Konfiguration von Betriebssystemen und Software Ansprechpartner/in für die Mitarbeiter bei allen technischen Problemen sowie Bearbeitung der Probleme Eigenständige Auswahl und Bestellung von Neugeräten Durchführung von Tests von neuer Software sowie Anwendungen Dokumentation aller Tätigkeiten sowie besonders der Überwachung der Datensicherung

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und/oder Studium im Bereich Informatik Erste Berufserfahrung im 1st-Level-Support sowie mit dem Windows-Betriebssystem Kenntnisse in der Anwendungsentwicklung und Datenbanken von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung Gute Englischkenntnisse Kommunikationsstärke sowie lösungsorientierte Denkweise Teamfähigkeit
