NET Lead Developer - Auto Finance

Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise .NET applications. * Develop and maintain REST APIs, microservices, and WCF services. * Coordinate with offshore and distributed development teams across time zones. * Review code and ensure compliance with coding standards and architectural guidelines. * Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions. * Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance. * Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management. * Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions. * Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance. * Prepare and maintain technical documentation.

Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core. * Expertise in .NET Core Web API using MVC Core. * Strong experience developing and maintaining .NET Microservices. * Hands-on experience with .NET WCF, Remoting, WCF Services, and Web Services. * Strong knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, and query optimization. * Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations. * Good understanding of N-tier architecture and design patterns. * Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control. * Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support skills. * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills * Experience with .NET Framework. * AWS integration experience. * Salesforce integration experience. * Knowledge of WCF and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). * Experience in Auto Finance, lending, banking, or financial services. * Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript., Minimum 7+ years of relevant software development experience. * Strong technical leadership and communication skills. * Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Torrance, CA, with 4 days onsite per week. * Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis.
