Job description
As SAP Director, you will work with our key accounts across a range of sectors: energy, banking, insurance, industry, luxury and retail.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding your clients’ challenges and helping them build their IT and business master plans, in support of their digital transformation;
- Leading large-scale SAP programmes and projects (Fiori, S/4HANA, S/4HANA Cloud, IBP), while meeting quality, cost and timeline commitments;
- Organising and leading steering committees and contractual review meetings with client management;
- Conducting negotiations related to scope or service changes, ensuring both profitability and the relevance of the solution;
- Managing the managers and consultants assigned to your programmes and setting a clear direction, including on multi-site and multi-solution engagements;
- Establishing a working environment conducive to efficiency, quality and knowledge sharing: coaching, methodological frameworks, access to our experts, and continuous improvement;
- Steering the financial performance of your projects and ensuring contractual commitments are met;
- Building and developing long-term client relationships to generate new opportunities;
- Taking part in pre-sales activities alongside our sales teams;
- Designing our offerings and defining the most suitable methodologies;
- Contributing to the growth of our SAP practice: roadmap monitoring, relationship with the vendor, technology watch, community animation, knowledge capitalisation and training.
Requirements
With a Master’s degree (business school, engineering school or university), you have at least 10 years’ experience in SAP, gained first in consulting and then in project management, within a consulting firm, an IT services company or an end client.
You have already led pre-sales activities and managed SAP integration projects (Fiori, S/4HANA, S/4HANA Cloud).
You know how to structure, plan and manage an SAP project across all its dimensions: organisation, solution validation, testing, training, technical workstreams and data migration.
Your cross-functional understanding of business processes enables you to quickly grasp how your clients operate, along with their challenges and constraints.
Driven by challenge and performance, you know how to tailor your message to each stakeholder, up to executive committee level.
As our projects often take place in an international context, fluent English is a real asset.
