MS Dynamics Technical Expert (H/F)

You will lead the design and implementation of scalable solutions across Sales, Customer Engagement and Marketing, translating business needs into technically feasible solutions within Dynamics 365 and the wider application ecosystem., * Lead the technical design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Customer Engagement and Marketing.

• Act as the Dynamics 365 platform champion, providing technical direction and promoting best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technically feasible solutions across Dynamics 365 and connected systems.
• Contribute to solution architecture, ensuring scalable, maintainable and secure designs.
• Guide module implementations, configurations, customisations and integrations throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, developers and business stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership through design reviews, code reviews and troubleshooting.
• Maintain key technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing across the Dynamics 365 pillars.
• Act as an AI champion, fostering the adoption of AI and Copilot capabilities across Dynamics 365 solutions and delivery practices to improve user experience and performance., The role - Your daily activities will be interesting, stimulating and varied… No two days are alike!

• Deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, including module implementation, configuration, customisation and integration (7+ years of experience).
• Broad exposure to Dynamics 365, ideally across Sales, Customer Engagement or Marketing. Finance and Operations or other Dynamics 365 ERP experience is also relevant for candidates willing to expand into customer-facing modules.
• Experience contributing to solution design or architecture and assessing technical feasibility across Dynamics 365 and connected systems.
• Strong C# and .NET development skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and technical leadership skills.
