Power BI Developer

• Semantic Model Architecture: Build and optimize complex models within the Microsoft Fabric cloud environment.
• Advanced DAX Engineering: Solve high-level performance hurdles and create sophisticated business logic.
• Data Migration: Deconstruct legacy Excel/VBA workflows and migrate them into automated Power BI dashboards.
• Stakeholder Delivery: Provide tools that help sales reps optimize their daily/monthly driving territories and leverage “Credit” point data.

• Power BI Mastery: 3+ years of dedicated, professional experience.
• DAX Expert: Must be able to demonstrate complex logic and performance tuning.
• Fabric/Cloud: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, or Data Factory) is a major “home run.”
• Data Background: Strong SQL skills and a deep understanding of Semantic Modeling and Star Schema.
• Legacy Insight: Ability to read and translate Excel/VBA logic into modern solutions.

The “Nice-to-Haves”

• Python: Beneficial for advanced data analysis within reports (no automation testing required).
• Power Platform: Experience with PowerApps or Power Automate for “write-back” features.
• Industry Knowledge: Previous work with Telematics, Fleet, or Construction data is a huge plus.
