Strong experience in Power Platform, Dynamics 365 CE or Microsoft 365, with strong knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Admin Centre and plugins Expert knowledge of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CE governance, administration and operational support, including environments, tenant settings, access, licences and Dataverse capacity Practical experience of security and RBAC, compliance, audit, DLP, connector and maker governance controls Experience operating application lifecycle management and release controls across development, test, UAT and production environments using Azure DevOps Strong ITIL-aligned service management experience, including incident and problem management, service transition, continual improvement and performance reporting We’re building capability in this space, so you’ll need line management and stakeholder management experience, with confidence guiding delivery teams, suppliers and citizen developers and challenging design decisions And in
