• Roughly 8-10 years as a full-stack engineer with strong product instincts
• AI and data features live in production, used by real people. Applied AI in a product, not ML research or data engineering.
• An AI-assisted coding workflow you’ve deliberately sharpened, with validation and automation built in
• Solid server-side and web experience; you switch stacks without drama
• Startup DNA: high ownership, fine with ambiguity, driven by the mission
• You can take someone through a past project, explain each technical decision clearly, and say what you’d change

• $180k-$210k base + equity
• Fully remote, with two team offsites a year
• A small, flat team that works side by side with design and the coaches
