Requirements
Leadership of multiple software development / software engineering teams Embedding change / able to drive a change agenda / ways of working Leading and coaching development teams whilst transitioning to a full Service product model Transitioning teams from service to more product led focus -transformation / transition / service product models / organisational model design Leading Agile / SAFe PI Planning(Programme Increment Planning)and backlog management Pipeline Automation DevSec Ops, CI/CD and automation and platform engineering
Desirable -Any exposure to a regulated industry would be beneficial such as Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, Energy etc although not essential. TPBN1_UKTJ
