We are looking for a motivated working student to support our team in data-driven decision making, governance reporting, business intelligence initiatives, and the responsible use of AI-assisted analytics. This role offers unique insights into how strategic business objectives, operational governance, and legal requirements are managed in highly-regulated and dynamic business environments.

What You Will Do:

• Support data collection, structuring, and analysis for ongoing projects
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using standard data tools
• Apply AI-supported tools to increase efficiency in research and analysis tasks
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and decision-relevant materials
• Contribute to the documentation and quality assurance of data-driven workflows

The SAP GS2 Governance Office drives compliance, governance and strategic projects, knowledge management, and cross-functional coordination.

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Data Science, Business & Data Science, Digital Business, or a related field
• Computer skills / Programming languages: Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint); practical experience with AI tools (e.g. Claude)
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
• Soft skills: Structured and reliable; able to work independently; strong communicator; commitment to quality and accuracy
• Other important skills/experience: Solid understanding of data analysis concepts and digital business contexts
• Working from Walldorf office is required
