Agentic Software Engineer

• Orchestrate agents to build software, and write skills for them
• Work test-driven
• Run what you build: deploy, monitor, keep it healthy
• Work across the whole ecosystem, e.g. Microservices, Kubernetes, Backend, Frontend; not necessarily all at once
• Keep re-optimising how things are built, and automate wherever you can, * A small, agile, English-speaking team, with members based in Austria, Hungary, Italy and Malta
• Support for your professional development: conferences, workshops and online courses
• Team events in person twice a year
• Room to experiment with new technologies
• State-of-the-art hardware (e.g. MacBook), which you may also use privately
• Your work will be used daily by thousands of users

• You bring solid software engineering experience.
