Operations Data Steward

• Maintain inventories of structured and unstructured data assets and ownership records
• Implement governance policies, standards and control procedures across operations
• Monitor and drive data quality improvements and perform root-cause analysis
• Coordinate corrective actions, maintain evidence of compliance and ensure sustainability
• Partner with Privacy, Information Security and Technology to resolve lifecycle issues
• Represent Operations in governance forums and report risk and remediation progress

• Strong experience in data stewardship, governance or data management
• Solid knowledge of data inventory, metadata, lineage, data quality and control frameworks
• Understanding of regulatory requirements, risk and privacy principles
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
• Experience in asset management, financial services or regulated environments
