ERP Data Profiler

We are seeking a proactive ERP Data Profiler to support digital skills development, technology adoption and workforce learning across a large organisation.

The Role:

Support the planning and delivery of digital training, learning programmes and engagement activities for employees, senior leaders and stakeholders.

Develop accessible digital learning resources and materials to improve IT confidence, literacy and effective use of technology.

Provide guidance on digital tools, learning opportunities and technology adoption.

Monitor participation, feedback and performance data to evaluate impact and identify improvements.

Build strong stakeholder relationships and support digital transformation, organisational change and service improvement initiatives.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with data protection and information governance requirements., Please do try to resist contacting us with requests for progress updates.

Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject or demonstrable equivalent experience.

Experience supporting learning, workforce development, service delivery or digital enablement activities.

Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills, adapting messages to different audiences.

Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.

Ability to analyse data and statistics, produce reports and use insights to improve services.

Excellent organisation, prioritisation and customer service skills.

Ability to work collaboratively, support change initiatives and manage confidential information appropriately.

Knowledge of the ITIL framework and ability to work within it.
